Every Child Deserves the Right to Live
The Mingi practice is an ancient tradition in South Omo Valley that declares certain children "cursed" and condemns them to death. Children are labeled Mingi for being born out of wedlock, having their top teeth emerge before bottom teeth, or simply being twins.
We refuse to accept this. Through education, rescue operations, and community dialogue, we're changing minds and saving lives—one child at a time.

Solution Makers Ethiopia was established in Addis Ababa with a mission to save Mingi children.
First Rescues
